I can’t sign in to my account
- Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email.
- Signed up with Google? Make sure you’re clicking “Sign in with Google” and using the same Google account you registered with.
- Email code not arriving? Check your spam or junk folder. The code expires after a few minutes, so request a new one if needed.
- Account locked? After multiple failed attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait a few minutes and try again.
If none of these help, contact us with the email address you used to sign up.
I’m signed in but see a blank or error page
- Try refreshing the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies for edzo.com
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)
- Check Service status for any ongoing issues
Content and resources
My resource won’t save
- Make sure you have an active internet connection
- Check that you haven’t exceeded your plan’s resource limit (free plan: 10 resources)
- Try refreshing the page and making your changes again
- If the problem continues, try using a different browser
I can’t find a resource I created
- Check Your Resources in the left sidebar to see all resources you’ve created
- Use the search feature to find it by name
- If you recently remixed a resource, it will appear in Your Resources as a separate copy
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure the file you uploaded is a supported format (JPG, PNG, GIF for images)
- Large files may take longer to load on slower connections
- If you’ve reached your storage limit, you may need to remove some files or upgrade your plan
Learners and assignments
My learner can’t access their assignment
- Confirm the learner has been added to your learning space
- Check that the assignment has been published (draft assignments aren’t visible to learners)
- Make sure the learner is signed in to the correct account
- If the learner is using a shared device, ensure they’re signed in with their own credentials
Progress isn’t showing for a learner
- Progress updates when a learner submits their work. If they’re still working, results won’t appear yet.
- Try refreshing the Progress page
- Check that the learner completed the assigned version of the resource (not a different copy)
Billing and subscriptions
I was charged but my plan didn’t upgrade
- Plan changes can take a few minutes to process. Try signing out and back in.
- Check your email for a payment confirmation from Edzo
- If your plan still shows as Free after 15 minutes, contact us with your payment confirmation
I can’t update my payment method
- Go to Settings, then Plan & Billing to manage your payment details
- Make sure your card hasn’t expired
- If you continue to have trouble, contact us
Browser and device issues
Edzo looks different or doesn’t work properly
Edzo works best on the latest versions of:
- Google Chrome
- Safari
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
If you’re using an older browser, some features may not work as expected. Update your browser to the latest version.
Edzo is slow
- Check your internet connection speed
- Close other browser tabs to free up memory
- Clear your browser cache
- If Edzo is consistently slow, check Service status for any performance issues
