Tutorials in your language, voiceover for answer choices, journey picker upgrade, and reliability fixes

Tutorials now respect your learners’ language settings. When generating tutorial content, Edzo produces questions and explanations in the appropriate language, so learners in non-English learning spaces get content that matches.

The resource picker inside the journey editor has been redesigned. It’s now easier to search, browse, and add resources to your journeys, with better card layouts and smoother filtering.

Social features, notifications, and editor polish

Social Comments and Privacy

Members can now comment on shared posts with full privacy controls. Choose who can see and interact with your posts, subscribe to updates on posts you care about, and manage your comment preferences. Comments are restricted to signed-in members for a safe community experience.

Content Reporting

Spotted something that doesn’t belong? A new report button lets members flag posts and comments for review. Reports are handled through a moderation workflow so admins can take action quickly.

Notification Improvements

Notifications have been rebuilt from the ground up. Each member now gets their own notification feed within their learning space, the notification badge accurately tracks what you’ve seen, and clicking a notification takes you straight to the relevant content.

Learning Space Plans and Language

Learning space owners can now view their current plan and see an account access badge at a glance. You can also change your learning space’s language from settings.

Smarter AI Quizzes

AI-generated quizzes now use more varied question phrasing and randomise student names in word problems, so generated content feels less repetitive. Quizzes and tutorials also display estimated durations based on their content.

Localised Year Levels Everywhere

Year level and schooling range labels are now localised across resource cards, the editor, and browse pages, so Australian teachers see “Foundation–Year 6” while US teachers see “Kindergarten–Grade 6”.

Coordinate Grid Editing

The coordinate grid block now has improved editing controls, making it easier to set up grid-based activities and questions.

Editor Polish

  • Block controls have been refined with clearer icons and better visual consistency
  • Size setting icons are now standardised across all block types
  • Disabled blocks are hidden from insert menus to reduce clutter
  • Question feedback sounds now play immediately after answering
  • Resource cards always show the type icon and schooling badge
  • Navigation menus have been consolidated for a cleaner layout

Bug Fixes

  • Searching for learners by name now works when arriving from a shared link
  • Resetting a learner’s PIN opens reliably from the learner list
  • Number frame previews are easier to read at smaller sizes
  • Question backgrounds display correctly with block backgrounds turned on
  • Activity preview no longer shows editing controls
  • Browse pages show a helpful message instead of a blank screen when no resources match
  • Social links added to the site footer
  • Profile pages show accurate follower and following counts
  • Featured images no longer unexpectedly show preview screenshots

Editor Remembers Your Place

When you reopen a resource, the editor now jumps back to the last activity page and quiz question you were working on, no more scrolling to find where you left off.

Search filter categories (subjects and year levels) now display with a clearer visual hierarchy, making it easier to find the right filter at a glance.

Bug Fixes

  • Trashing a resource now automatically removes it from public listings

The AI image generator now lets you choose between quality and speed modes, pick from friendly size presets (small, medium, large), and use a reference image to guide the style of your generated images.

Better Navigation Menus

Browse menus now show the correct labels for your region, so Australian teachers see “Year Levels” and US teachers see “Grade Levels”.

Quiz Editor Improvements

  • Curriculum codes can be added directly to questions
