Edzo exists because we believe learning can be better. Not better in a vague, startup-pitch way. Better in the specific, practical sense that matters to a teacher sitting down to plan a lesson, a parent helping with homework, and a child trying to make sense of the world around them.

The problem we see

Too many education tools fall into one of two traps. Some are static and outdated. PDFs, worksheets, and resources that haven’t changed in years. They serve a purpose, but they don’t engage learners or give teachers meaningful insight into progress. Others prioritize engagement over learning. Apps designed to keep kids on-screen rather than helping them actually learn. When the design is built around retention metrics rather than learning outcomes, something has gone wrong. We think there’s a better path: interactive learning resources that are genuinely educational, created and guided by teachers, and built to support how real classrooms work.

Learning should be playful

We also believe that learning can be fun. That play isn’t a distraction from learning. In fact, it’s where some of the best learning happens. When children are testing boundaries, pushing limits, and following their genuine curiosity, they’re doing exactly what learning looks like. And in a world that’s changing faster than ever, the skills that matter most aren’t the ones you can memorise. Curiosity, adaptability, and resilience will carry learners further than any textbook. Edzo is built to nurture those qualities, giving children space to explore, make mistakes, and discover things for themselves.

What we’re building

Edzo is an interactive learning platform for children aged 5 to 12. We give teachers the tools to explore, create, and remix learning resources, then assign them to learners and track progress over time. And because learning doesn’t only happen on a screen, we support offline activities too: printable resources, hands-on projects, and ideas that get kids away from their devices and into the real world. Teachers are in control, and technology and AI truly give them superpowers.

Who we serve

We build for teachers who want flexible, interactive resources they can adapt to their classroom. For parents who want to support their child’s learning at home. And for schools who want a platform they can trust with their students’ data and their teachers’ time.
