Edzo keeps you informed about what matters without cluttering your inbox. You can control how and when you hear from us, so notifications work for you.
Managing email notifications
You can control whether you receive email updates from Edzo:
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Toggle the Emails option on or off
When enabled, you’ll receive email updates about:
- Assignment activity: when learners submit work or need your attention
- Learning Space updates: new members, content changes, and announcements
- Account updates: security alerts, billing reminders, and plan changes
- Product news: new features, tips, and occasional updates from the Edzo team
If your inbox is getting busy, try turning off product news while keeping assignment notifications on. That way you’ll still catch the important stuff.
In-app notifications
Edzo also sends in-app notifications that appear within the platform. You can access these by pressing F8 or clicking the notification bell icon in the top navigation bar.
In-app notifications include:
- Assignment submissions and learner activity
- Comments and collaboration updates
- System announcements and maintenance notices
Unread notifications are marked with a badge on the bell icon so you can spot them at a glance.
Notification best practices
- Check in regularly: a quick look at your notifications can help you stay on top of learner progress
- Use email for important alerts: keep email notifications on for assignments so nothing slips through the cracks
- Mute when you need focus time: turning off email notifications temporarily is totally fine
