Edzo’s five characters are called Thinkers. They guide learners through the platform, and each one is inspired by a famous thinker, bringing their own personality to the learning experience.

Leo

Leo The blue blob · Inspired by Leonardo da Vinci Leo is endlessly curious, always asking “what if?” and “how does that work?” He loves exploring new ideas, sketching things out, and connecting subjects together in unexpected ways. Like his namesake, the Renaissance artist, inventor, and scientist, Leo sees no boundaries between art and science. He’s the character who encourages kids to look at the world with wonder and try things just to see what happens.

Ada

Ada The yellow triangle · Inspired by Ada Lovelace Ada is sharp, logical, and loves finding patterns. She’s the problem-solver of the group, always breaking challenges down into smaller steps and figuring out the best way forward. Like Ada Lovelace, the mathematician widely regarded as the world’s first computer programmer, Ada shows kids that thinking carefully and systematically is a superpower. She’s patient, precise, and quietly confident.

Rich

Rich The green square · Inspired by Richard Feynman Rich is the enthusiastic explainer. He gets genuinely excited about understanding how things work and loves sharing what he learns in a way that makes everyone else excited too. Like Feynman, the theoretical physicist famous for making complex ideas feel simple, Rich believes that if you can’t explain something simply, you don’t really understand it. He’s playful, a little cheeky, and never afraid to say “I don’t know yet.”

Jane

Jane The pink star · Inspired by Jane Goodall Jane is patient, observant, and deeply caring. She’s the one who notices the little things everyone else misses and always looks out for others. Like Jane Goodall, the primatologist who spent years quietly watching and learning before changing how we understand the natural world, Jane shows kids that empathy and patience are real strengths. She’s gentle, warm, and endlessly curious about living things.

Walt

Walt The purple rectangle · Inspired by Walt Disney Walt is the dreamer and storyteller. He’s always imagining new worlds, drawing wild ideas, and finding ways to bring them to life. Like Walt Disney, the animator and filmmaker who turned sketches and stories into experiences that inspired millions, Walt shows kids that creativity and determination can make the impossible real. He’s imaginative, optimistic, and believes every great thing starts with a good idea.
